Administer daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of the facility's automation and safety equipment Maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment such as fan motors and belts, plumbing repairs (up to 4 size PVC), pumps, and LED lighting Perform general repairs and/or replacements as required, such as broken locks or doors, wall patching, and similar Accomplish facility cleaning activities such as sweeping, pressure washing, and trash removal.
