Job Summary This position requires a minimum of five years of SAP configuration and implementation experience. Experience configuring and supporting SAP FI and CO modules, specifically General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), AP Automation tool (e.g. Dolphin, Open Text VIM, etc.), Purchasing Integration, Bank Accounting (FI-BL), Cost Elements, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and Internal Orders. Knowledge of the key integration points with other SAP modules and key design implications is required. Experience configuring and supporting an A/P Automation technology is required (e.g. Dolphin PTS-AP, Open Text VIM). Knowledge of SAP FICO in a retail environment is desired. Advanced level computer experience, including skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio is necessary. Strong organizational skills and initiative to improve processes is crucial. Ability to identify complex problems, review information to develop and evaluate options then implement solutions is essential. In addition, troubleshooting, organizational and problem solving skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential. Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of the organization is necessary; must be able to clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing. Ability to coach end-users is required. The proven ability to motivate self and others is necessary. The ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently is essential. Proven ability to collaborate across the Company including the ability to manage and respond to different organizational situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude is essential. Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values is key. Responsibilities and Duties Drives forward analysis, design, development, testing and implementation efforts of the financial processes in the SAP system and integration points. Configures, deploys and maintains SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) modules. Prepares functional specifications and other required documentation for review with peers and leadership. Ensures the SAP application's integration and functionality is clearly articulated; provides expert advice in determining a best practice approach in deploying components. Assists the business and the development teams to ensure functional requirements are understood and development requirements integrated. Collaborates on design with other team members and product owners. Ensures instructional materials are accurate; provides subject matter expertise and support for end user training delivery. Troubleshoots production support issues post-deployment and provides solutions as required. Develops FICO knowledge/competency in super user and subject matter experts throughout the business. Serves as a Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME), participates in related projects. Assists employees, vendors or other customers by answering questions related to financial processes, procedures and services. Completes work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service. Assisting the client in the resolution and clearance of helpdesk issue tickets as related to SAP Finance Applications Developing configuration and technical solutions to solve client requirements for new, enhanced and legislatively mandated changes to the SAP system Testing (including negative testing) for potential failure points in new and existing configuration - including authorizations, separation of duties, audit compliance requirements and data security Formulating innovative solutions to improve the efficiency, security and reliability of the client's work processes using SAP financial applications and reporting Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Qualifications and Skills This position requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. SAP Functional Consulting Certification is a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
