Possession of a valid and appropriate Education Specialist Instruction Credential with Mild/Moderate Disabilities authorization.Candidates in the process of completing their credential program are encouraged to apply and indicate within their supporting documents when they anticipate program completion. This includes candidates enrolled in their university's internship program. Candidates with out of state credentials will be considered. Please include the following supporting documents: Cover Letter Resume CBEST Transcripts Credentials Three letters of reference

This is an applicant pool intended for candidates wishing to teach Special Education. Candidates are encouraged to contact Maria Soria, HR Analyst, at msoria@wusd.k12.ca.us to discuss open positions and required documentation. WUSD offers an in-house Induction Program that awards participating teachers $350 upon completion of each year's requirements. The District also offers an Aspiring Administrators Academy that is designed to build the internal capacity of WUSD teacher-leaders while providing an opportunity to explore the knowledge, skills, and characteristics necessary to prepare for administrative positions. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
