We provide emergency medical equipment consulting, sales, and program management to all pre-EMS industries.
Examples are government agencies, law enforcement agencies, schools and colleges, public and private buildings, large and small corporations, places of worship, etc.
Our mission is to help organizations be prepared to respond in a workplace medical emergency confidently and successfully, preventing loss of life from sudden cardiac arrest and life-threatening bleeding.
We are very customer service oriented, and maintain high quality relationships with our clients by providing attentive, ethical, customized, and professional services.
The position will be work-from-home with regular in-person training in Sacramento, CA.
It is imperative that you have a quiet work space for answering client phone calls, and space to keep office equipment and a small inventory of product (temperature controlled).
Job Duties:
Run and sort reports from a client database, for the purpose of notifying current book of clients when it is time for them to place an order for replacement parts Issue quotes, sometimes based on client contract requirements Maintain regular and ontime follow-up and escelated notices to clients who have yet to place orders Fulfill orders as they come in, via USPS and UPS drop-offs Fulfill orders via placing purchase orders for drop shipments from manufacturers and vendors Client follow-up for maintenance records, after orders have been shipped Maintain all records of client communications, quotes issued, order fulfillment, and equipment maintence Update database accurately with new equipment parts' expiration dates, as maintenance documentation is received Update client notes with new contract details Maintain small inventory in your office space, and maintain inventory tracking for incoming and outgoing products Provide client support via phone and email in regards to orders, or equipment maintenance
Qualifications:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a high level of comfort with web apps Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Must be able to work productively from home Experience working in a database Problem solving skills Time management Customer service oriented High attention to detail is a must Excellent multi-tasking skills CPR/AED certified, and knowledge of sudden cardiac arrest a major plus Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
