Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various facilities and equipment.
Duties:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing drywall.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Install appliances, equipment, and fixtures.
- Handle plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
- Experience in carpentry or construction.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience.
