Duties:
Customer Service / Sales Greet customers, ask questions and determine needs Look to provide a complete solution Operate technology based Point of Sale system to complete sales transactions In bound phone sales / service Install large and small batteries in various devices/vehicles Disassemble / reassemble phones and tablets to complete repairs Function as a team player Merchandising / Inventory Inventory stock maintenance and management Ship and or deliver to commercial accounts (if applicable) Maintain clean and full store appearance Build displays; to better market seasonal products Prepare store for daily opening and closing
Qualifications:
Must be able to work 24- 40 hour work week that includes weekend availability Good listening and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines Ability to calculate simple math and percentages Strong eyesight (with or without corrective lenses) and technical aptitude required for various types of repair work we offer Valid driver's license with clean driving record required to use company vehicle Must be able to lift 50
